Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
